The Met Office has issued fresh snow warnings across England, now stretching over 18 hours and blanketing vast swathes of the nation. A rare amber warning has been put in place for North East England, kicking off at 3am tomorrow, Thursday November 20.
Persistent wintry downpours will sweep inland from the North Sea, bringing substantial snow build-up across the North York Moors and sections of the Yorkshire Wolds.
By Thursday's end, hills above 100m elevation could see accumulations of 15-25cm, with the warning staying active until 9pm. The Met
