KENTUCKY, USA — Congress members in Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio and Pennsylvania, including Congressman Morgan McGarvey (KY-03), are leading the introduction of the Ohio Restoration Program Act.

The bill aims to fund economic and environmental restoration of the Ohio River Basin, which spans 55 congressional districts across 15 states.
