Bollywood star Kajol has leased her premium 1,817 sq ft retail property in Goregaon West to HDFC Bank in a nine-year agreement worth Rs 8.6 crore.

Bollywood actress Kajol, wife of superstar Ajay Devgn, has entered a long‑term lease agreement for her premium retail unit in Goregaon West, Mumbai, with HDFC Bank. The deal, signed in November 2025, will bring her a total rent of Rs 8.6 crore over nine years.
