INDIANAPOLIS — Check your tickets!

A winning CA$H 5 ticket that was bought in northwest Indiana nearly six months ago is set to expire soon.

This ticket is worth $85,000.

The ticket matched all five numbers and was purchased at Luke 235, located at 2178 Ripley St. in Lake Station , for the May 25 drawing.

Officials said the winning ticket needs to be claimed no later than 4:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 21 at the Hoosier Lottery Prize Payment office, located at 1302 N. Meridian St. in Indianapolis.

The winning CA$H 5 numbers were: 3-5-14-34-39.

All Hoosier Lottery Draw game prizes must be claimed within 180 days of the drawing, officials said.
