WOONSOCKET – Developers have been busy building numerous uniform homes in the Diamond Hill Road area of Woonsocket, with almost identical exterior layouts but different interior aesthetics such as colors and decor, says Home Smart Realtor Stephanie Thivierge.

“I am a general contractor over at a development in Smithfield, and the land developers who I’m working for, they want it also very uniform,” Thivierge noted. “I’ve noticed a lot of developers lately (where) if it works, they kind of stay with it.”

Thivierge began working on new construction years ago and said she’s grown to love it, particularly when it comes to conducting pre-sales and being hands-on.

She said that between Saint Louis Avenue and Saint Agnes Avenue in Woonsocket, there have been nine new uniform houses constructed
