ELLSWORTH, Maine — Eliot Cutler, a former gubernatorial currently on probation after pleading guilty to multiple counts of possessing sexually explicit materials of children, is accused of violating the terms of his probation.
A Motion for Probation Revocation has been filed against Cutler in Hancock County. According to court documents, Cutler is accused of violating multiple terms of his probation, including unmonitored internet access, and accessing websites containing sexually explicit material.
Cutler is less than two years through a six year probation for a 2023 conviction on four counts of possessing sexually explicit images of children under age 12. Cutler pleaded guilty and served seven months in jail before being released early for good behavior.
