SAN ANTONIO (Gray News) – The man accused of killing “King of the Hill” actor Jonathan Joss as been indicted for murder, according to a report from PEOPLE .
Sigfredo Ceja Alvarez, 57, was indicted by a grand jury on one count of murder on Monday, PEOPLE revealed.

Alvarez was first arrested in June immediately after Joss’ death, but he was released on bond and placed on house arrest.
Police said Joss, 59, was shot multiple times at his former home in San Antonio on June 1 and was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to KENS , officers found Alvarez about a block away after he fled the scene.
