STATEN ISLAND, N.Y — A 16-year-old boy recently walked into a hospital with a gunshot wound on Staten Island, according to police.

The shooting occurred on Nov. 10 at about 6:25 p.m. in the rear of a building on the 200 block of Park Hill Avenue in Clifton, according to a statement from the NYPD.

The victim was taken by private means to Richmond University Medical Center in West Brighton after he suffered a gunshot wound to his upper left torso, police said.

No arrests have been made and no description is available for the suspect at this time, according to the police statement.
