The trial of Lindsay Clancy , the Duxbury woman accused of killing her three young children in 2023 , has been rescheduled to July, officials said.
The new trial date is July 20, according to Beth Stone, a spokesperson for the Plymouth District Attorney’s office, which is prosecuting Clancy.
The trial had been slated to start on Feb. 9, records show.
Clancy’s lawyer, Kevin J. Reddington , had also filed a motion in Plymouth Superior Court seeking to move the trial to Suffolk Superior Court in Boston.
That motion was denied, Stone said.
Clancy is accused of killing her three children — Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and Callan, 8 months — by strangling them with exercise bands on Jan. 24, 2023.
