BATTLE CREEK, MI — Since 2022, Clark Logic has constructed more than 2 million square feet of industrial space in Southwest Michigan.

On Tuesday, Nov. 19, the Portage-based company broke ground on a project that will add another 252,000 square feet of space along the I-94 corridor.

The project is an expansion of an existing facility, completed this summer at 201 Watkins Road, near the Fort Custer Industrial Park.

Once complete, it will double the new facility in size to 504,000 square feet, said Clark Logic Marketing Director Kristin Hagen-Keirns.

The new space is yet to be leased, but is expected to be available for occupancy in the third quarter of 2026, she said.

The addition will consist of 12 loading docks, with knockouts for 20 future docks.
