SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - A former deputy was arrested after allegedly exploiting an oversight, costing the Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office $14,000.
In September, investigators learned of Arndra Stephens, 23, a former Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office (CPSO) deputy, who recently resigned.
While still employed by CPSO, Stephens enlisted in the United States Army Reserves in 2024.
