Police are on the scene of a reported shooting at a busy intersection in Philadelphia on Wednesday.

NBC10 crews at the scene saw that there was a large police presence near the intersection of Broad and Spring Garden streets around 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 19.

A witness said that she lives across the street from where the incident happened and told NBC10 that she heard three gunshots.
