The Municipal Water District of Orange County (MWDOC) announced that Director Larry D. Dick, MWDOC’s longest-tenured Metropolitan representative and the Dean of the District’s Delegation, will retire from the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (Metropolitan).
Director Dick has served on the Metropolitan Board for 22 years and since his appointment in 2003, he has represented Orange County with steadfast commitment and a deep understanding of Metropolitan’s unique regional responsibility.
