Syracuse, N.Y. — Syracuse police said Wednesday that they are investigating the death early Saturday morning of a 36-year-old man.
Officers responded around 2 a.m. Saturday to the 100 block of Graves Street on the city’s North Side for a report of a person down, according to Kieran Coffey, a police department spokesperson. They found the man unconscious and not breathing.
The man was taken to Upstate University Hospital, where he later died, Coffey said.
No cause of death has been determined yet.
The man appeared to have been injured, Coffey said. He said he could not speak to the specific injuries until the full autopsy report is completed by the Onondaga County Medical Examiner’s Office.
Police ask anyone with information about the death to call them at 315-442-5222.
