ATLANTA, Ga. — A repeat offender has been indicted for allegedly exposing himself and harassing a woman at her home in Atlanta’s Kirkwood neighborhood, according to prosecutors.
Rodney Lee Stroud, 53, was arrested Tuesday on charges of felony aggravated stalking, misdemeanor probation violation and public indecency, jail records show.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation confirmed Wednesday it assisted with the arrest of Dakota Nicole Taylor, the mother of two children who died.
Stroud has allegedly terrorized several women in Kirkwood in recent years. He has dozens of misdemeanor convictions over decades for trespassing and stalking, according to DeKalb County jail records.
