LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) - Bethany House is collaborating with Sames Auto Group for the annual Mission Gives drive to jumpstart the holiday season.

For over 20 years, Bethany House of Laredo has been a pillar in the community, providing shelter for those struggling to find housing. The assistance they provide goes a long way, but that happens with the help of donations.

One big push comes every year during the annual Mission Gives, and community members can be part of the help.

“I know a lot of the time people may not have the time to go through their closet and see what they can give, but I encourage them to make a quick stop at the store and buy one or two items,” said Monica Bautista, executive director for Bethany House. “There’s no small donation and everything helps.”
