TRAVERSE CITY — Cherry Capital Airport set a new yearly passenger record last month — with two months still to go in the calendar year.

The Northwest Regional Airport Authority Board this week reviewed TVC’s operations report for October which showed 834,594 total passengers through the facility for the first 10 months of the year — well past last year’s record passenger count of 787,114 for 2024.
