PITTSBURGH —
A woman jumped out of a car in Pittsburgh to escape a man she says kidnapped her from her home, according to police.
The woman told authorities a man named Tyrone Turner and his girlfriend Ariel Harper arrived at her home in a rental car on Monday.
The complaint states the rental vehicle had been rented by the victim for Turner and his girlfriend, whom the victim knew, to use.
The victim said Harper and Turner began accusing her of stealing money from them, which the victim told authorities she denied.
According to the complaint, Turner pulled out a gun and pointed it at the victim. Both Turner and Harper ordered the victim to the car, then told her they were going to drive to open a bank account in her name.
