CADILLAC — WexExpress reached a new milestone in October, providing more than 15,000 rides in a single month for the first time in its history.
According to a Nov. 20 news release, the Cadillac/Wexford Transit Authority recorded 15,195 rides, which officials said was driven in part by the agency’s rider app and expanded self-service options.
“I am incredibly proud of our team for reaching this milestone and for continuing to deliver such reliable service as demand continues to grow,” said Carrie Thompson, WexExpress executive director. “The community continues to ask for more service and we are working to meet that demand.”
