SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) - Many people are living with trauma after dealing with harm or violence.
Thursday in South Bend, two community groups partnered up to host a summit focused on finding solutions.
This is the first of its kind summit made possible by the ‘Beacon Resource Center’ and the ‘Restorative Justice Collaborative Hub’, groups that provide support services.
The free event brought together community members and leaders to discuss ways to address violence and justice reform.
Our team even sat in on a session to help people recently released from prison, re-enter society.
