PULLMAN, Wash. - Oregon women's basketball soared to its fifth victory of the season with an 86-59 win over Washington State, showcasing a formidable second-half performance that marked the team's first road win of the season.
Katie Fiso and Mia Jacobs led the charge with 22 and 20 points, respectively. Avary Cain contributed 10 points off the bench, while Ehis Etute grabbed 13 rebounds.
"This was a good win," UO coach Kelly Graves said. "First time on the road, I thought we responded pretty well. We got a great start and then went from there."
Oregon's offense shined in the second half, hitting 9-of-15 from the 3-point line. Jacobs excelled, connecting on 4-of-5 tries in the second half and leading with a season-high five triples.
