The bad news is that it comes at the cost of the green-lit, R-rated Ninja Turtles movie. The Hollywood Reporterhas revealed that Paramount Pictures has put plans for The Last Ronin movie on hold. While the studio is interested in revisiting the property someday, the trade notes that Paramount Pictures does not want the franchise's first live-action film in over a decade to be for adults only. Reportedly, Nobody filmmaker Ilya Naishuller was in talks to direct The Last Ronin.
