LINCOLN, Neb. (WOWT) - The top-ranked Nebraska volleyball team clinched its third straight Big Ten championship on Thursday.
The Huskers swept Iowa (25-15, 25-21, 25-18) in front of the program’s 350th consecutive sell-out crowd.
Harper Murray paced Nebraska with 11 kills, while Andi Jackson added 10 kills on .600 hitting. Junior setter Bergen Reilly dished out a match-high 34 assists, along with recording seven digs.
Nebraska raised its record to 27-0 overall (17-0 Big Ten). The Huskers have swept 16 of their 17 conference opponents.
NU next plays on Saturday at Indiana in its final road match of the regular season.
