The Bradley County Sheriff’s Office says a local judge reported that a driver twice sped toward them while they were walking their dog in a Cleveland neighborhood on November 19.
Deputies say Joshua Dale Phillip Sanford allegedly approached the judge aggressively with his car and made comments suggesting retaliation for past actions. He was later arrested and charged with aggravated assault and retaliation for past actions.
Sanford is being held without bond at the Bradley County Jail ahead of his November 21 arraignment. No victim information is being released due to the ongoing investigation.
