A leader from Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) has sparked a major diplomatic row after openly claiming Pakistan’s involvement in the car bomb explosion outside Delhi’s Red Fort earlier this month.
Chaudhary Anwarul Haq, who was the ‘Prime Minister’ of PoK until two days ago, told the region’s Assembly that the November 10 blast was a direct response to what he alleged were India’s actions in Balochistan. “If you keep bleeding Balochistan, we will hit you from th e Red Fort to the forests of Kashmir. By the grace of Allah, we have done it… Our brave men have done it,” he said, reported NDTV.
Islamabad has not officially commented on Haq’s statement. Defence Minister Khawaja Asif, in an interview with Samaa TV, said, “We are neither ignoring India nor trusting it under any circumstance
