A Cumberland County man has been accused of manufacturing child sexual abuse material at his home, officials said.

Christopher Singletary, 26, of Vineland was arrested Wednesday and charged with first-degree aggravated sexual assault, second-degree sexual assault, multiple counts of endangering the welfare of a child and one count of fourth-degree criminal sexual contact.

Investigators were notified on Tuesday about someone possibly manufacturing homemade child sexual abuse material in Vineland, according to a statement from the Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office.

Authorities said Singletary sexually assaulted two juveniles under the age of 16 and recorded the incidents.

One of the juveniles was under 13 and the other was between 13 and 16, the office said.
