Tino Livramento in action against Manchester City

Tino Livramento could come up against the club who enquired about him in the summer transfer window when Newcastle United host Manchester City this weekend.

The full-back faces a race to be fit for the clash at St James' Park after continuing his rehab from a hamstring injury during the international break.

Livramento was on City's radar in the summer as they looked for a right-back to replace Kyle Walker. The England star is highly-rated by Pep Guardiola, but any interest in the player was firmly rebuffed by the Magpies.
