A house in Ocean City that sold for $23.1 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Cape May County in the past week.

The county saw a total of 152 residential real estate sales during the past week, averaging $1.1 million. The average price per square foot was $656.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 10 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $2.4 million, single-family home at 140 Simpson Ave.

The property at 140 Simpson Ave. in Ocean City, has new owners. The price was $2,425,000. The single-family residence was built in 1945. The deal was finalized on Oct. 15.

9. $3.3 million, single-family house at 128 30th Street
