A house in Summit that sold for $2.6 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Union County in the past week.

The county saw a total of 54 residential real estate sales during the past week, averaging $729,024. The average price per square foot was $89.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 10 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $800K, single-family house at 631 Kensington Drive

A 1,606-square-foot single-family residence at 631 Kensington Drive in Westfield, has been sold. The total purchase price was $800,000, $498 per square foot. The house was built in 1953. The deal was finalized on Oct. 23.
