Cooking a perfect Yorkshire pudding can seem difficult. Getting the right amount of rise that doesn't collapse when they leave the oven can sometimes seem to be beyond even a great cook.
But one mum-of-three has explained her failsafe method of making a perfect Yorkshire pudding. Posting on TikTok Abbix told her followers it was "the only way" to make the traditional accompaniment to a Sunday roast.
And her easy method uses no scales or weighing spoons. Instead all you need is a cup, jug and pudding tray.
She says: "This way of making Yorkshire puddings, honestly, it never fails." She says she uses "the cup method" where equal amounts of all the ingredients are measured using the same cup. She says: "I use four eggs. The reason I start with the eggs is so the eggs make the flour stick
