New Delhi: The Congress veteran and AICC general secretary in charge of Karnataka, Randeep Singh Surjewala, issued a grim warning to the Congress’s MLAs and other leaders not to make any public statements regarding Karnataka’s leadership.

Several MLAs, who are close to Karnataka’s Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar, travelled to New Delhi to meet the Congress High Command to sort out the internal tensions regarding power shifting.

When MLAs reached New Delhi, Randeep Surjewala issued the warning to all the MLAs. He also accused the decisively defeated BJP, along with a section of the media, of running a maligning campaign against the Congress government in the state.
