FAYETTEVILLE -- Bonnie Deas put on a show Thursday night at Walton Arena.

Deas, a 5-9 freshman guard from Australia, recorded a 15-point, 15-rebound double-double to lead the University of Arkansas women's basketball team in a 96-57 victory over Arkansas-Little Rock.

The Razorbacks (5-1) led by as many as 45 points during the rout, giving them a jolt of confidence entering their matchup against Drake next Tuesday at the Music City Classic in Nashville, Tenn.

The strong performance came four days after Arkansas lost its first game of the season, 80-68 at Texas Tech.

"There's always something to fix," Arkansas Coach Kelsi Musick said. "But they came out and they brought it for 40 minutes. They played extremely hard. They're continuing to grow and be coachable.
