A Florida teen’s family is asking for privacy to mourn the loss of their loved one, who was found dead aboard a Carnival cruise ship .
Anna Kepner, 18, was aboard the Carnival Horizon, which visited the Caribbean, then docked back home in Miami on Nov. 8 as planned, the day the Miami-Dade medical examiner confirmed Kepner died.
It is now being reported that Kepner died at around 11:17 a.m. on Nov. 7, the day before the ship returned to Miami.
Kepner was reportedly on the cruise with her father, stepmother and stepsiblings.
Her body was found wrapped in a blanket, under life jackets, beneath the bed in the stateroom she was sharing with her stepsiblings, including the 16-year-old boy the FBI is now allegedly investigating, according to ABC News.
