Bhubaneswar: The Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA) is set to launch its much-awaited Ekamra Residency project, a major housing initiative aimed at expanding quality residential options in the rapidly growing Subudhipur area. The decision was finalized today during the 151st Authority Meeting of the BDA, chaired by Krushna Chandra Mahapatra, Minister for Housing & Urban Development and Public Enterprises-cum-Chairman, BDA.
Designed to offer modern urban living, Ekamra Residency spans 7.36 acres and features 416 two-bedroom and 288 three-bedroom apartments across three B+G+12 towers. The project has already completed construction and will soon open for allotment once modalities are finalized, Mahapatra informed.
