TIFFIN, Ohio —

A woman was attempting to move out of her home when authorities say she was ambushed by her husband who shot and killed her two children and another man.

The Tiffin Police Department was called to the 100 block of Huss Street on reports of shots being fired and screaming. Tiffin is around 90 miles west of Cleveland, Ohio. Advertisement

According to a news release, a mother of two children was moving out of a home with the help of her eldest child's father, 29-year-old Dustin Wiley.

The pair were working to move out while the woman's husband, 42-year-old Ryan Eagon, was believed to be out of town, authorities said.

As they were gathering items, the woman's two children, a 7-year-old and a 7-month-old, were outside near the vehicle.
