DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) - A Davenport man was arrested in connection with a sexual abuse investigation that began in September.

Police arrested 34-year-old Lucas Dorethy on Thursday, according to the Scott County Jail website.

Davenport police received a report of sexual abuse on Sept. 17, according to an arrest affidavit.

Police said Dorethy touched a child when the child was between the ages of 8 and 9.

Dorethy is charged with two counts of second-degree sexual abuse, both Class B felonies.
