Actor Spencer Lofranco, best known for his roles in the crime dramas "King Cobra" and "Gotti," has died. He was 33.

Lofranco's brother, Santino Lofranco, revealed the actor's death in an emotional Instagram post Thursday, Nov. 20. A cause of death was not disclosed.

"To the legend @roccowinning. My brother. You lived a life only some could dream of," Santino wrote alongside a childhood photo of Lofranco. "You changed people's lives, and now you are with God. I will always love you and miss you Bear. RIP. October 18, 1992 - November 18, 2025."

USA TODAY has reached out to Santino Lofranco and representatives for Spencer Lofranco for comment.

Lofranco made his acting debut in the early 2010s in the romantic comedy "At Middleton" and the crime drama "Jamesy Boy."

The Toronto-born actor worked with a bevy of A-list stars throughout his career. In 2014, Lofranco appeared in the Angelina Jolie-directed period drama "Unbroken" alongside Jack O'Connell, Domhnall Gleeson and Garrett Hedlund.

Lofranco's final two films, 2016's "King Cobra" and 2018's "Gotti," signaled his Hollywood ascent. "King Cobra" boasted a star-studded cast that included Christian Slater, Molly Ringwald and James Franco, while "Gotti" starred Lofranco alongside "Grease" alum John Travolta and his wife, Kelly Preston.

Lofranco's most recent Instagram post, dated Nov. 11, showed a black-and-white photo of the actor, while Lofranco's caption appeared to tease a makeover.

"I'm getting my face tattoo burned out, so subscribe to my Only Fans," Lofranco wrote. "Period, the best is yet to come. The hair is on its way; it got held up [in] customs. Crazy."
