Max Ventures Investment Holdings is likely to sell a 0.46% stake in Max Financial Services Ltd in a block deal worth up to ₹ 270 crore. The floor price for the transaction has been fixed at ₹ 1,675.7 per share, representing a discount of up to 1% to the last closing price.
Second quarter results
Max Financial Services reported a steep 96% year-on-year decline in net profit at ₹4.1 crore for Q2FY26, compared to ₹113 crore in the same quarter last year. The drop was largely due to lower earnings from its life insurance arm, Axis Max Life.
