Dr. Gabrielle Henry, aka Miss Jamaica, was missing from the end of the 2025 Miss Universe pageant , after an earlier incident sent her to the hospital.

Ultimately, Miss Mexico, Fátima Bosch, won the event.

According to footage posted to social media , on Nov. 19, Henry, 28, was strutting down the stage in Bangkok, Thailand, in a gown, when she fell off the runway and face-planted into the crowd.

Audience members immediately leapt out of their seats to check on the fallen beauty queen. Further footage showed Henry being carried away on a stretcher.

She was taken to Paolo Rangsit Hospital in Thailand and is not suffering from any life-threatening injuries, the Miss Universe Jamaica organization said in a statement on social media on Thursday.
