The case against a man accused of stabbing another in the parking lot of a Troy restaurant has advanced to Oakland County Circuit Court for possible trial.
Dquavion Lamariee Broome, 26, is charged with assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder for the Aug. 30 stabbing outside Sedona Taphouse on East Big Beaver Road. He’s held in the Oakland County Jail and likely won’t bond out — his bond is set at $5,000,000.
At the conclusion of a preliminary exam Nov. 19 in 52-4 District Court, the judge ruled that evidence presented established probable cause and then bound over the case to the higher court.
