Srinagar, Nov 21: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Friday expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Rural Development Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan for approving an increase in MGNREGA person-days for Jammu and Kashmir.
