Two Chattanooga men have been indicted for first-degree murder after the shooting death of Cordarrius Bailey, 24, in June of 2023.

A Hamilton County Grand Jury indicted 26-year-old Terry Lee Anderson and Arterrius Dejuan Allen Sr., 35 on Tuesday, November 18.

UPDATE: Man arrested in fatal North Orchard Knob Avenue shooting

Terry Scott Anderson, 24, was taken into custody on a charge of first degree murder for the shooting death of 24-year-old Cordarrius Bailey.

Anderson was arrested a month after Bailey's death, but Chattanooga police just arrested Allen on Thursday, November 20.

Almost two-and-a-half years ago, officers had responded to a call of shots fired early that June morning in the 900 block of North Orchard Knob Avenue.
