Ifirst encountered digital creator Danny Freeman on his Instagram account, where I was wowed by the fun and elaborate pastas he’d make in various shapes, colors and designs — if I recall correctly, he once made a Taylor Swift pasta.
He became well-known on social media and published his first cookbook, “Danny Loves Pasta,” in 2023 before channeling his creative culinary skills into cooking for his husband and their two children. Suddenly the emphasis was on fast and easy meals still made with quality ingredients. His Italian-American roots still heavily influenced him, but now he had to switch things up a bit to feed his vegetarian spouse and create kid-approved recipes. ×
