CLEVELAND — A second suspect wanted for his role in a fatal shooting earlier this year in Cleveland has been captured by the U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF).

According to a release from the NOVFTF, marshals arrested Leroy Taylor, 20, in the 3900 block of Strandhill Road in Cleveland on Friday morning.

Taylor was wanted by the Cleveland Division of Police for aggravated murder in connection with an April 5, 2025, shooting that left a man dead near East 55th Street and Cedar Avenue. Officers responding to a vehicle crash found a car with bullet holes on the driver’s side and a man in the driver’s seat with gunshot wounds to the head and neck, police said.
