The Massachusetts Baseball Coaches Association announced its Class of 2026 that will be inducted on Jan. 24 in Wakefield this week.

Granby’s Jim Woods, Taconic’s Kevin Stannard, Braintree’s Billy O’Connell and Greater Lowell Tech’s Dave MacLaughlan will comprise the four-member class that will enter the exclusive club.

Woods, who has been the head coach at Granby High School since 2004, has won more than 300 games and led the Rams to 19 MIAA Tournament appearances during his tenure.

Stannard had over 400 wins and three state titles at Taconic before retiring after 32 seasons following the 2024 campaign.

O’Connell, the longtime coach at Braintree High School, has over 300 wins to his resume, as well as two Super 8 titles in 2015 and 2016.
