Want to retain nurses in Northern Ontario?
Bridging pay inequities as well as rolling out the red carpet to newcomers would go a long way toward both keeping these health-care professionals – and keeping them happy, argues the Registered Nurses’ Association of Ontario head.

Doris Grinspun, CEO of the professional association representing registered nurses, nurse practitioners and nursing students, said especially concerning are pay and other inequities for registered nurses, nurse practitioners and registered practical nurses.
