CLEVELAND, TN – Tyrese Stovall had quite the homecoming for No. 19 Walters State on Wednesday against Cleveland State, leading the Senators to an 84-64 win over the Cougars.
With the victory, Walters State improved to 6-0 on the season and 3-0 in TCCAA play.
Stovall led the way for Walters State in the game with 22 points and five rebounds. The freshman from Cleveland is averaging 15.5 points and five rebounds per game on the season.
Along with Stovall, Jamar Livingston had 16 points and five rebounds, while Jaquavious Wallace finished with 11 points off the bench.
