The Metro Legal Department has 14 days to evaluate the complaint and decide whether to recommend that Nashville's Board of Ethical Conduct hold a hearing.

A group of Nashvillians who have clashed with District 20 Council Member Rollin Horton have now filed an ethics complaint accusing him of engaging in a “sustained campaign of intimidation, harassment, doxxing and interference.”
