Should Bishop McDevitt leave Lititz with its record 19 th District 3 football title Friday, veteran head coach Jeff Weachter will join one of the Pennsylvania’s most celebrated groups.

A positive decision for McD would make Weachter the 22 nd head coach in state history to reach 300 coaching wins.

Counting his 14 victories while guiding Lebanon Catholic from 1993-97, Weachter, 60-7 all-time in district postseason play, owns a 285-73 mark in 28 seasons at McD.

Ironically, Weachter’s coaching career began in 1988 as a defensive backs coach at Warwick.
