Here’s the list of key appointments announced:

Manoj Joshi: The Kerala cadre 1989 batch IAS officer, currently serving as Secretary, Department of Land Resources, Ministry of Rural Development, has been appointed as Secretary, Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers. He replaces Amit Agrawal, IAS (Chhattisgarh:93), who moves to the Department of Telecommunications.
